Yes, we provide lockers to each group when they arrive.
No. There are no phones, bags, food or drinks allowed into the escape room.
Some of our escape rooms can be adjusted in difficulty for children, the recommended age is between 6-12 years old, but otherwise are suited for adults.
Each booking is a private booking and others will not be able to join in.
The escape room starts at the time of your booking. We may have to reduce the amount of time you have, if you are late. Or if you are very late, we may have to cancel your booking and unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
You may walk in to do one of our rooms if it is available. But we do recommend booking in advance as we offer the room on a first come first serve basis.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.
Birthday Parties
Yes, you can bring any food or snacks you desire, however no outside beverages are permitted.
We will only charge the host based on the total number of children who arrived on the day of the event.
Based on the number of guests, we may need to split the group up into multiple escape rooms to fit everyone. There is no extra cost for this however, the deposit requirement may be higher.
Our birthday party events are a drop off party. For capacity reasons, we only allow up to a maximum of 4 adults in total for the party room.
A birthday party package can only be booked in person or over the phone.
A full refund for any deposits will be issued if the event is cancelled 10 days prior to event date.
No refunds will be issued when cancelling within 10 days of the booked event.
Private Events

If it is outside of our hours of operations, we require at least 10 business days. Otherwise, it is based on availability.
